Additional Land at Bryndwr taken for the Purposes of the Hurunui-Waikato Railway

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience,
and enjoyment of the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway to take
further land at Bryndwr in addition to land previously acquired
for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two
hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 0Β·25 perch.
Being part Lot 27, D.P. 427, being part R.S. 2382.
Situated in the City of Christchurch. (Pt. C.T. 229/137.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7992, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of September, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION

and enjoyment of the New Zealand Government Railways
to take land at Oamaru for railway purposes:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two
hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 6Β·3 perches.
Being Section 1, Block XXV, Town of Oamaru.
Situated in the Borough of Oamaru. (S.O. 2385.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7953, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of October, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 5 acres 3 roods
20 perches.
Being part Section 48.
Situated in Block II, Tangihua Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 33605.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121979, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of October, 1945.

and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122338, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of October, 1945.
