for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121819, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of September, 1945.

Land taken subject to certain Rights for a Post-office in the Borough of
Cromwell

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril
Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right-of-way
over part created by Conveyance No. 33391, Deeds Register Office,
Dunedin, and to the drainage right and right to overhang eaves
in favour of Certificate of Title, Volume 116, folio 232, granted by
Memorandum of Transfer No. 28805, Otago Land Registry, for a
post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the tenth day of October, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-five.

Being Sections 13 and 14 and part of Sections 15 and 25, Block II,
Town of Cromwell.

delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121829, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of September, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sand-dune-reclamation
purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the tenth day of October, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-five.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres 0 roods
19 perches.
Being Allotment 26, Settlement of Maioro, Suburban Section 2,
Parish of Waiuku.
Situated in Block VII, Maioro Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122135, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of September, 1945.
