Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Amendment to
Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 39

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944,
the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby amend the
Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 39 by deleting therefrom
the words :—

“Waitomo Lime Co., Ltd., at Te Kuiti,”

and substituting therefor the words—

“Waitomo Lime Co., Ltd., at Rangitoto Road and Julians
Road, Te Kuiti.”
