Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Amendment to Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 51
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby amend the Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 51 by adding thereto, after the words “Vegetable Packing Plant at Hastings,” the following:—
“Vegetable Fresh Packing Plant, at Auckland.
“Butter-patting Plants, at Auckland and Wellington.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the registration of the Glenorchy District Scheelite Mine Workers’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered No. 1930, situated at Glenorchy, is hereby cancelled as from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Excluding Land from the Taheke Development Scheme
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 29th day of May, 1933, and published in Gazette No. 46 of the 22nd day of June of the same year, at page 1657, whereby the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Taheke Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District containing 9 acres 1 rood 34 perches, more or less, and called or known as Kuharua No. 1a (part).
