Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land and setting apart Crown Land and Portion of Public Reserve for Public Works

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 58 of the thirteenth day of the same month at page 871, taking land and setting apart Crown land and portion of public reserve for public works, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of August, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
