The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925.—Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registration

Wellington, 6th August, 1945.
NOTICE is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of the Wellington District Architects’ Industrial Union of Employers, registered No. 1795, situated at Wellington, after the expiration of six weeks from the date of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.

NOTICE is hereby given that the registration of the Marlborough Public Accountants’ Employees’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered No. 1819, situated at Blenheim, is hereby cancelled as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Declaring Land subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Native Land Court District, containing 143 acres 3 roods 4 perches, called or known as Motatau 65 (being part of Motatau 2 Section 62B), and situate in Block XII, Motatau Survey District.
