Kaunihera, o te Komiti Marae ranei a tetahi tangata ranei
a te Kaunihera a te Komiti Marae i whakamanaia hei pera

(5) (a) Kaua te tangata e mahi pikiti ana, i tetahi
atu mahi ngahau ranei hei mahi moni ki roto i tetahi kainga
Maori me matua whakawhiwhi rawa ki te raihana e te
Komiti Marae.

(b) Ko te moni hei utu mo taua raihana kia kotahi

(6) Kaua tetahi tangata e mahi e whakahaere ranei

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to
approve of the following appointments and promotions in
the Royal New Zealand Navy:—

Lieutenant Bryan Edward Aidan Bell, Royal Navy, lent Royal
New Zealand Navy and appointed H.M.N.Z. ship as directed, to
date 28th February, 1945.

Lieutenant Francis Henry Foster, Royal Navy, granted the
acting rank of Lieutenant-Commander whilst holding present
appointment, to date 1st May, 1945.

Acting Sub-Lieutenant John Mark Armstrong, promoted to
the rank of Sub-Lieutenant, with seniority of 1st August, 1943.
Promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority of 1st August,
1944, and reappointed, to date 3rd January, 1945.

Acting Sub-Lieutenant Edward Courtney Thorne, promoted
