PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the lands described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 23rd day of February, 1937, and published in Gazette No. 12 of the 25th day of the same month at page 479, whereby the said lands were, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such lands are hereby excluded from the Mahia Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 26th day of August, 1937, and published in Gazette No. 59 of the 2nd day of September of the same year at page 2108, whereby the said land was, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Putauaki Development Scheme.

ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, containing 79 acres 3 roods 28 perches, more or less, situate in Blocks X and XI, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, and called or known as Parish or Rangitaiki, Lot 60B No. 4.
