NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and orders as under :—

Price Order No. 398 (Amending Price Order No. 128) (Eggs)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 398, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 128† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

2. This Order shall come into force on the 6th day of August, 1945.

3. The Second and Third Schedules to the principal Order, as set out in Price Order No. 396‡, are hereby revoked and the following Schedule substituted therefor respectively :—

SECOND SCHEDULE

MAXIMUM WHOLESALE PRICES (PER DOZEN) FOR EGGS SOLD FOR RESALE IN ANY MARKETING AREA WITHIN AN EGG-PRICE AREA

THIRD SCHEDULE

MAXIMUM WHOLESALE PRICES (PER DOZEN) FOR EGGS SOLD FOR RESALE ELSEWHERE THAN IN A MARKETING AREA

Price Order No. 399 (Amending Price Order No. 149) (Fish within Wellington Metropolitan Area)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 399, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 149 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

2. This Order shall come into force on the 2nd day of August, 1945.

3. The principal Order is hereby amended as follows :—

(a) By revoking clauses 2 and 3.

(b) By omitting the word “licensed” wherever it appears, except in its references to a fisherman :

(c) By inserting, in subclause (1) of clause 5 after the word “applies”, the words “when sold to a fish-wholesaler.”

Price Order No. 400 (Amending Price Order No. 159) (Fish within Auckland Metropolitan Area)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 400, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 159† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

2. This Order shall come into force on the 2nd day of August, 1945.

3. The principal Order is hereby amended as follows :—

(a) By revoking clause 3 :

(b) By omitting the word “licensed” wherever it appears, except in its references to a fisherman :

(c) By inserting, in subclause (1) of clause 5 after the word “applies”, the words “when sold to a fish-wholesaler.”

(d) By inserting, in subclause (2) of clause 5 after the word “applies”, the words “when sold to a fish-retailer.”
