Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.-Amendment
to Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 39
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944,
the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby amend the
Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 39 by deleting there-
from the words-
“P. Parkes, at Pokororo,”
and substituting therefor the words-
“Pokororo Lime Co., at Pokororo.”
Dated this 26th day of July, 1945.

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.-Amendment
to Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 150
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944,
the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby amend the
Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 150 by deleting there-
from the words-
“Baronet Products, at Christchurch,”
and substituting therefor the words-
“Baronet Textiles Ltd., at Christchurch.”

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944--Revocation of
Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 73
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11
of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the
Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration
of Essential Undertaking No. 73, as published in the New Zealand
Gazette No. 49 of 14th May, 1942. This revocation affects the
undertakings set forth hereunder:-
W. R. Bradley and Co., at Wellington.
National Service Stations, Ltd., at Wellington.
N.Z. Gasogene Co., Ltd., at Wellington.
Kerr Gas Producers, Ltd., at Napier.
Sterling Gas Producer Co., Ltd., at Auckland.
Dated this 26th day of July, 1945.

Revocation of Delegation by the Chief of the Air Staff of Authority
for the Convening of General Courts-martial
To GROUP CAPTAIN (ACTING AIR COMMODORE) MAURICE WILLIAM BUCKLEY, M.B.E., Deputy Chief of the Air Staff, Royal New Zealand Air Force.
WHEREAS I was empowered by Warrant of His Excellency the Governor-General bearing date the 28th day of November, 1938, to direct my Warrant to any officer of the Air Force not under the rank of Squadron Leader, giving him a general authority to convene general courts-martial for the trial of any person who is subject to the Air Force Act, 1937, and the regulations made thereunder, and also to exercise (subject to the provisions of the said Warrant) in respect of the proceedings of such courts-martial the power of confirming the findings or sentences thereof according to law, or of directing him to reserve for my confirmation the proceedings of all or any such courts-martial:
And whereas on the 17th day of January, 1944, authority was, pursuant to such powers, delegated to you to convene courts-martial as aforesaid and to confirm the findings and sentences thereof, such delegation being published in New Zealand Gazette No. 4 on the 27th day of January, 1944, at page 61:

And whereas the Warrant of the 28th day of November, 1938, aforesaid has now been revoked by His Excellency the Governor-General and it is necessary that I revoke also the delegation of authority aforesaid:
Now, therefore, I hereby cancel and revoke the said delegation of authority.
Given under my hand at Wellington, this 23rd day of July, 1945.

WHEREAS I was empowered by Warrant of His Excellency the Governor-General bearing date the 28th day of November, 1938, to direct my Warrant to any officer of the Air Force not under the rank of Squadron Leader, giving him a general authority to convene general courts-martial for the trial of any person who is subject to the Air Force Act, 1937, and the regulations made thereunder, and also to exercise (subject to the provisions of the said Warrant) in respect of the proceedings of such courts-martial the power of confirming the findings or sentences thereof according to law, or of directing him to reserve for my confirmation the proceedings of all or any such courts-martial:
And whereas on the 9th day of October, 1943, authority was, pursuant to such powers, delegated to you to convene courts-martial as aforesaid and to confirm the findings and sentences thereof, such delegation being published in New Zealand Gazette No. 89 on the 14th day of October, 1943, at page 1216:
And whereas the Warrant of the 28th day of November, 1938, aforesaid has now been revoked by His Excellency the Governor-General and it is necessary that I revoke also the delegation of authority aforesaid:
Now, therefore, I hereby cancel and revoke the said delegation of authority.
