Crown Land set apart for Housing Purposes in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120559, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 1 rood 19·6 perches.

Being stopped Government road adjoining or passing through Railway land.

Situated in Block IX, Waihua Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1177, green.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98587, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured dark green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 0·6 perches.

Being part Reserve 47, Town of Greymouth.

Situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District (Borough of Greymouth) (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4377.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121256, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1945.
