Land taken for Road in Block X, Mangamuka Survey District,
Hokianga County

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril
Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

0 0 0·5 Part Lot 3, D.P. 8629, being part Kohukohu
Block; coloured blue.
0 0 0·5 Part Lot 1, D.P. 21709, being part Kohukohu
Block; coloured sepia.
0 0 0·4 Part Lot 2, D.P. 21709, being part Kohukohu
Block; coloured yellow.

Situated in Block X, Mangamuka Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 33329.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121642, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 30th day of June, 1945.

Land taken for a Public School in the City of Christchurch, subject
to a Grant of Drainpipe Easement

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto and the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, subject to the grant of drainpipe easement in favour of the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch, created
by Memorandum of Transfer No. 94383, Canterbury Land Registry,
is hereby taken for a public school, and shall vest in the Education
Board of the District of Canterbury as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the ninth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-five.

FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres 2 roods
37·6 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, D.P. 9779, and part
Lots 28 and 29, D.P. 1531, all being part Rural Section 326;
edged orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken subject to a grant of
drainpipe easement: 1·8 perches.
Being part Lot 29, D.P. 1531, and being part Rural Section 326;
coloured blue.

All situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.).

All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121264, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 27th day of June, 1945.

and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Native school; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres.
Being Punakitere No. 4J No. 2B No. 4 Block.

Situated in Block III, Punakitere Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 33471.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121015, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 30th day of June, 1945.
