The Lemon Marketing Regulations 1940.—Notice fixing Prices of certain Grades
Office of the Minister of Marketing,
Wellington, 8th January, 1945.
PURSUANT to Regulation 5:1 of the Lemon Marketing Regula- tions 1940, I hereby fix the following prices per loose bushel to be paid by the Marketing Department for lemons delivered to the Department during the undermentioned period.
The prices of Preferred Commercial and Commercial Grades are fixed on a basic rate of 4s. 8d. per loose bushel.
Period of delivery (both days inclusive) : 1st January to 31st January, 1945:
Loose packed fresh lemons, Preferred Commercial s. d. Grade 9 6 Loose packed fresh lemons, Commercial Grade 8 0 Loose packed fresh lemons, First-grade Peel 4 9 Loose packed fresh lemons, Second-grade Peel 3 2 Loose packed fresh lemons, Juice Grade 1 7

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Road of less Width than 66 ft.
WHEREAS in the opinion of the Minister of Lands it is in- expedient, by reason of the fact that the land shown upon the plan of Town of Raumati Extension No. 64, affecting Section No. 3, Wainui District, situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington Land District, is intended to be used wholly for residential purposes, that part of Mokoia Road shown thereon should be of the width of 66 ft. :
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the power conferred upon him by section 17, subsection (1), of the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power him thereunto enabling, the Minister of Lands doth hereby authorize the laying-off of the said part of Mokoia Road of a width of not less than 50 ft. : Provided always that it shall not be lawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected any building at a less distance than 33 ft. from the middle of such road.
Given under the hand of the Minister of Lands, this 19th day of January, 1945.

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of Declaration of Essential Industry No. 93
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation II of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Industry No. 93, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 70 on the 23rd July, 1942.
Dated this 17th day of January, 1945.
