✨ Land and Company Notices



  1. No liability is accepted on the part of the Crown or of the
    Land Board to pay the lessee any compensation for improvements;
    but if the lease is not renewed upon expiration, or if it is sooner
    determined, the new lease offered for disposal by public competition
    will be subject to payment by the incoming tenant of an amount
    equal to the value of buildings and improvements belonging to
    the original lessee, and the amount paid by the incoming tenant
    shall be paid to the original lessee without any deduction except
    for rent and other payments in arrear.
  2. Interest at rate of ten per centum per annum to be paid
    on rent in arrear.
  3. Lease liable to termination if conditions are violated.
    Form of lease may be perused and any further particulars may
    be obtained at the office of the undersigned.

    STATE FOREST SERVICE NOTICES
    Land in the North Auckland Land District acquired for a State Forest
    State Forest Service,
    Wellington, 29th May, 1945.
    NOTICE is hereby given that the lands described in the Schedule
    hereto have been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921-22,
    for State forest purposes.
    SCHEDULE
    NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
    ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei
    County, containing by admeasurement 601 acres 1 rood 37 perches,
    more or less, situated in Block XVI, Hukerenui Survey District,
    and Block V, Purua Survey District, and described as follows :—
    All that area containing 197 acres 1 rood 13 perches, more or less,
    being Allotments S.W. 50, 51, N.W. 52, and S.E. 52, Hikurangi
    Parish, and being the lands comprised and described in certificates
    of title, Vol. 7, folio 32, and Vol. 528, folio 165.
    Also all that area containing 404 acres 0 roods 24 perches,
    more or less, being Allotments N.W. 54, part 57, S.E. 58, part N.W.59,
    S.E. .59, and 64, Hikurangi Parish, and being the lands comprised
    and described in certificates of title, Vol. 528, folio 164, and Vol. 614,
    folio 47.
    As the same are delineated on plan No. 9/17, deposited in the
    Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon
    bordered red.

    Survey District, and being the land comprised and described in
    certificate of title, Vol. 380, folio 185. As the same is delineated
    on plan No. 136/5, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest
    Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

    LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
    EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 707, folio 190
    (Auckland Registry), for Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 27996,
    being part of Allotment 76 of Section 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland,
    in favour of VICTOR JOHN STANLEY STEWART, of Auckland,
    Company-manager, having been lodged with me together with an
    application for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is
    hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title
    after fourteen days from 31st May, 1945.

    REGINALD VICTOR LISSANT STACE, of Wellington, Insurance
    Officer, having been lodged with me together with an application
    for a new certificate in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my
    intention to issue such new certificate of title after fourteen days
    from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

    EVIDENCE having been lodged of the loss of outstanding Deed
    of Lease No. 123930 (Wellington Registry), in the name of
    ERIC LEIGHTON JONES, of Wanganui, Bookseller, affecting
    the land in certificate of title, Vol. 477, folio 221, and leasehold
    certificate of title, Vol. 371, folio 250, and application having been
    made to me to register a surrender of the said lease without production
    of the said lease, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to
    dispense with production of the said lease under section 40 of the
    Land Transfer Act, 1915, and to register such surrender as requested
    after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

    APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a
    provisional lease for Section 111, Town of Cartera Beach,
    containing 32 perches, being all the land comprised in Renewable
    Lease, Vol. 83, folio 193 (Nelson Registry), whereof CHARLES
    HERBERT THOMSON, of Westport, Medical Practitioner, is the
    registered lessee, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the
    said lease, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional
    lease as requested after fourteen days from 31st May, 1945.

    folio 235 (Nelson Registry) whereof ELIZABETH HAYCOCK, of
    Richmond, Married Woman, is the registered proprietor, and
    evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of
    title, I hereby give notice that I will issue such new certificate of
    title as requested after fourteen days from the 31st May, 1945.

    AND CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF CHRISTCHURCH is the
    registered proprietor, together with an application for a new
    certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention
    to issue such new certificate of title at the expiration of fourteen
    days from 31st May, 1945.
