Officers authorized to take and receive Statutory Declarations

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

Revoking a Warrant setting apart Crown Land under Section 20 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section five of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrant dated the seventeenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in Gazette No. 125 of the twenty-third day of that month, page 3203, setting apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for disposal under section twenty of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912.
