Revoking Part of a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication)

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 81 of the eleventh day of the same month, defining the middle-line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication), in so far as it affects Lot 4, D.P. 10045, part Section 39 (Hutt R.D.), Block IX, Belmont Survey District, being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 476, folio 263 (Wellington Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of May, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
