Price Order No. 372 (Amending Price Order No. 128) (Eggs)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 372, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 128† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 28th day of May, 1945.

The principal Order is hereby amended by adding to clause 7 thereof the following additional subclause:—
“ (3) Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing provisions of this clause, the maximum price that may be charged or received by any producer for preserved eggs sold in a quantity of less than 30 dozen to any person authorized under the provisions of paragraph (a) of subclause (2) of Regulation 4 of the Egg Marketing Emergency Regulations 1942‡ to purchase such eggs, when sold in any marketing area within an egg-price area or elsewhere than in a marketing area, shall be the appropriate maximum price fixed for preserved eggs in either the Second or the Third Schedule hereto (whichever is applicable) as amended or substituted from time to time, reduced by 2½d.”

Revocation of Building Construction Control Notice No. 16
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the Supply Control Emergency Regulations 1939 and the Building Emergency Regulations 1939, I hereby revoke the Building Construction Control Notice No. 16* (which related to the use of certain bituminous products).

Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936
Taking of Fish for Sale
T. H. Gardner, 82 Wharenui Road, Riccarton, Christchurch, has applied for a license to permit him to operate his 30 ft. 25 h.p. vessel “Liberty” (not yet registered), using trawl-nets, set-nets, drag-nets, long lines, hand-lines, and crayfish-pots, catches to be landed at Lyttelton and Akaroa.
Fish Retailing
L. Williams, 29 Windsor Crescent, Spreydon, Christchurch, has applied for a fish-retailer’s license to permit him to sell wet and cooked fish from premises situated at 92 Lincoln Road, Spreydon, to be known as “Williams Fish Supply.”
Mrs. T. A. Beamish, Jervois Street, Kawhia, has applied for a fish-retailer’s license to permit her to sell wet and cooked fish from premises situated in Jervois Street, to be known as the “Heremai Grill Room.”
L. C. Scott, 11 North Taieri Road, Abbotsford, Dunedin, has applied for a fish-retailer’s license to permit him to sell wet and cooked fish from premises situated at the above address, to be known as “Scott’s Fish Supply.”
N. A. Mosley, Miller’s Flat, has applied for a license to permit him to hawk fish for sale in Miller’s Flat and Roxburgh district.
Radio-manufacturing Industry
H. E. Fortune, Dunedin, has applied for a license to manufacture radio receiving-sets.
Persons considering themselves materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should make any desired representations in writing not later than the 7th June, 1945, to G. L. O’Halloran, Secretary, Bureau of Industry, G.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.
