IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

The Companies Act, 1933

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of shareholders
of D.O.T. Limited (in voluntary liquidation), will be held
at the offices of J. S. McInnes and Sons, N.Z. Express Company's
Buildings, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 8th day of June,
1945, at 11.30 a.m.

Business

  1. To receive liquidator's report and statement of receipts and
    payments.
  2. To pass the following extraordinary resolution in terms of
    section 275 of the Companies Act, 1933: "That the books and papers
    of the company be retained by Messrs. J. S. McInnes and Sons,
    Accountants, for a period of five years and then destroyed."

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the Companies Act, 1933,
that the final meeting of the above-named company will be
held on 13th June, 1945, at 11 a.m. at my office, Temple Chambers,
High Street, Blenheim, for the purpose of presenting accounts of
liquidation.

CHANGE OF NAME

I, RALPH KENWORTHY THOMPSON, of Wellington, hereby
give public notice that I have assumed and from henceforth
upon all occasions intend to sign and use and to be called and be
known by the name of RALPH KENWORTHY-THOMPSON in place
of my present name of RALPH KENWORTHY THOMPSON; and,
further, that such intended change of name is formally declared
and evidenced by a deed-poll under my hand and seal bearing date
this 8th day of May, 1945, and intended forthwith to be enrolled
in the Registry of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wellington.
In witness hereof I now sign and subscribe myself by my
intended future name.
