Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block I, Lower Wanaka Survey District, Lake County [L.S.] C. L. N. NEWALL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :β A. R. P. Being 1 3 29-5 Part Cardrona River-bed ; coloured orange. 3 0 2-2 Part Section 33; coloured blue. 0 0 1-08 Part Section 24; coloured sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE ROAD CLOSED APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of road closed : 3 acres 3 roods 36.2 perches. Adjoining or passing through Sections 24 and 33; coloured green. All situated in Block I, Lower Wanaka Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9407.) All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120670, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of May, 1945. R. SEMPLE, Minister of Works. GOD SAVE THE KING! (P.W. 46/1544.)
Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land taken for Road in Blocks IV and VIII, Waitemata Survey District [L.S.] C. L. N. NEWALL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto,
held from His Majesty the King by Thomas Frank, of Campbell's Bay, Grocer, under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease number 17016, Auckland Registry, is hereby taken for road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which a lease-hold estate or interest is taken : 4-17 perches. Being part Lot 37 D.P. 16953, and being part Allotment 180, Parish of Takapuna. Situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30939.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109971, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land and a Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land for Public Works [L.S.] C. L. N. NEWALL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 64 of the twenty-seventh day of the same month at page 918, taking land and a leasehold estate or interest in land for public works, in so far as it affects the leasehold estate or interest held from His Majesty the King by Hilda Bessie Shegadeen, of Campbell's Bay, Married Woman, under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease number 17016 (Auckland Registry) in the land described in the Second Schedule thereto.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of May, 1945. R. SEMPLE, Minister of Works. GOD SAVE THE KING! (P.W. 62/2/383/0.)
