and the twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-nine, at page 2587, respectively, William Buchanan
(hereinafter called “the licensee”) was licensed to occupy a part
of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Okuru, in order
to maintain a jetty thereon :

And whereas the licensee has applied to have the hereinbefore-
recited Orders in Council revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the
same :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all
other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited
Orders in Council of the sixteenth day of December, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-six, and the twentieth day of September,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, as from the first day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

Trustees of Minniesdale Cemetery appointed

PURSUANT to section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I,
Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described
in the First Schedule hereto, and known as the Minniesdale
Cemetery, is a cemetery within the meaning of the said Act, do
hereby appoint the several persons named in the Second Schedule
hereto to be trustees, to have the maintenance and care of the said
cemetery.


FIRST SCHEDULE

MINNIESDALE CEMETERY.—NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Rodney County containing by admeasurement
1 rood and 36 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 on the plan
deposited in the Auckland District Land Registry under No. 31499,
being part of Allotment 21, Wharehine Parish, and being part of
the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 767,
folio 175 (Auckland Land Registry).


SECOND SCHEDULE

PURSUANT to section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act, 1908,
I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the Akitio County
Council to be the trustees of the Pongaroa Cemetery, as described
in the Schedule hereto, and to have the control and management of
the said cemetery.

PONGAROA CEMETERY

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing by
admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less, being
Suburban Sections 18 and 20, Town of Pongaroa.
