Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 39.1 perches.
Being part Section 1, Block IX, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21061.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118485, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of February, 1944.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of Part I of the Housing Act, 1919

A PROCLAMATION

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 1.2 perches.
Being Section 12, Block II, Town of Ranfurly.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118625, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of February, 1944.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

Approximate area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood.
Being Section 10, Block III, Town of Ranfurly.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118624, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
