Notification of Vacancy of Seat in the House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Hamilton

IN compliance with the provisions of section 103 of the Electoral Act, 1927, I, Frederick William Schramm, Speaker of the House of Representatives of New Zealand, hereby notify that Frank Findlay, a member of the House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Hamilton, died on the 31st day of March, 1945, during a recess of the House, and that the said seat in the House of Representatives for the said Electoral District is vacant by reason of such death.
