Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land taken for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of New Plymouth

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Augustine Henry Hart, of New Plymouth, Fancy-goods Dealer, by William Ernest Morris and Percy Morris, both of New Plymouth, Taxi-cab Proprietors, under an agreement for lease dated the ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate or interest is taken: 22Β·46 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 1282, part Section 2335, Town of New Plymouth (Borough of New Plymouth) (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8046.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120128, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of April, 1945.

Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land in the Borough of Taumarunui taken for Post and Telegraph Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Eric Vivian, of Auckland, Medical Practitioner; under Deferred Payment License 1958, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Auckland, Volume 664, folio 152, is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate or interest is taken: 1 rood.
Being Allotment 6, Block VII, Taumarunui Native Township.
Situated in Block I, Piopiotea Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32470.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120484, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of April, 1945.

Additional Land taken for a Post-office in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 6Β·82 perches.
Being part Section 284, Town of Wellington.
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District. (S.O. 21213.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120492, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of April, 1945.
