Price Order No. 353 (Lignite)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following Price Order:—
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 353, and shall come into force on the 6th day of April, 1945.
APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER
- This Order applies with respect to all lignite, wherever produced, that is sold by way of retail sale for delivery within the Borough of Gore.
FIXING THE MAXIMUM RETAIL PRICE OF LIGNITE THAT IS SUBJECT TO THIS ORDER
- (1) The maximum price that may be charged or received by any vendor for any lignite to which this Order applies shall be at the rate of £1 per ton.
(2) The maximum price fixed by the last preceding subclause is fixed as for delivery by the vendor to the premises of the purchaser.

Price Order No. 354 (Amending Price Order No. 128) (Eggs)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 354, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 128† (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”).

This Order shall come into force on the 9th day of April, 1945.

The Second and Third Schedules to the principal Order, as set out in Price Order No. 347‡, are hereby revoked, and the following Schedules substituted therefor:—
