CORRIGENDUM
IN Notice to Mariners No. 6 of 1945, published in the Gazette of the 22nd March, 1945, at page 320, for the word “North” following the words New Zealand, substitute the word “South.”

Additional Land taken for a Post-office in Block IV, Maungakawa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 rood 1·3 perches.
Being part Lot 7, D.P. 1789, being part Waokauri No. 1 Block.
Situated in Block IV, Maungakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32442.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121135, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of March, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 8 perches.
Being Lot 11, D.P. 801, part Rural Section 16013 (City of Christchurch).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121111, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of March, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of linen-flax development (Gore Factory); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10 acres.
Being part Lot 11, Block II, D.P. 171, being part Sections 59, 136, and closed road.
Situated in Block LXXII, Hokonui Survey District. (S.O. 5615.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120606, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of March, 1945.
