Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block X, Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke County

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

1 2 0·9 Part Ngapaeruru No. 10 Block, being part Lot 2, D.P. 2576; coloured pink.
0 0 4·2 Part Ngapaeruru No. 10 Block, being part Lot 2, D.P. 3334; coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 0 roods 27·9 perches.

Adjoining of passing through part Ngapaeruru No. 10 Block; coloured green.

All situated in Block X, Mangatoro Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2122, red.)

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120583, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
