Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block XVI, Tarras Survey District, Vincent County

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 5 acres 2 roods.
Being parts Run 238m; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 6 acres 0 roods 7·8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Run 238m; coloured green.
All situated in Block XVI, Tarras Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9310.)
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120669, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of February, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of street described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby declare the portions of the land comprised therein described in the Second Schedule hereto, being adjacent to the reserve comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 126, folio 216 (Otago Registry), to be added to the said reserve.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
