Additional Land taken for a Post-office in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 rood 0·44 perches.
Being Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block XXXVIII, Town of Dunedin (City of Dunedin) (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9417.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120947, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of February, 1945.

Land taken for a Post-office in Block V, Haurangi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 13·7 perches.
Being part Section II, Turanganui Block.

Situated in Block V, Haurangi Survey District. (S.O. 21232.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120838, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of February, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 perches.
Being part Section 538, Town of Wellington (City of Wellington).

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. (S.O. 21228.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120847, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of February, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 4·3 perches.
Being Lots 61 and 62, D.P. 119, being part of Block 37, Patangata Crown Grant District, Township of Otane.

Situated in Block VIII, Waipukurau Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1899.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105813, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured violet.

*Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of February, 1945.
