NOTICE is hereby given that an Instrument of Dissolution has been registered by THE FEILDING CO-OPERATIVE BAKERY SOCIETY, LIMITED, and that, unless proceedings to set aside such dissolution be instituted within three months from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing a copy of this notice, and such dissolution is set aside accordingly, the above-mentioned society will be legally dissolved.

THE POVERTY BAY ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Poverty Bay Electric-power Board hereby resolves as follows:-

"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of fifty thousand pounds (Β£50,000), authorized to be raised by the Poverty Bay Electric-power Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of extending and improving the reticulation of the Board's district, purchasing equipment and land, and erection of buildings, the Poverty Bay Electric-power Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of two twenty-sevenths of a penny (2/7d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Poverty Bay Electric-power District, as defined in the Proclamation proclaiming the said area dated the 14th day of December, 1923; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years or until the loan is duly paid up."

LOWER HUTT FIRE BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN PART OF SECTIONS 29 AND 32 OF THE HUTT DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE BOARD

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work-to wit, the erection of a central fire-brigade station in the City of Lower Hutt-and for the purpose of such public work the pieces of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Lower Hutt Fire Board, City Council Chambers, corner High Street and Laings Road, Lower Hutt, and is there open for inspection: And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said piece of land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said pieces of land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Lower Hutt Fire Board at its offices, City Council Chambers, corner High Street and Laings Road, Lower Hutt.

SCHEDULE

FIRST, all that piece of land situate in the City of Lower Hutt containing one acre one rood twenty-two and fourteen-hundredths perches (1 acre 1 rood 22.14 perches), more or less, being part of Sections 29 and 32 of the Hutt District, and being also Lots 6, 7, and 9 on Deposited Plan No. 12368, and part of the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 502, folio 235 (Wellington Registry), subject as to the said Lot 7 to the fencing covenant in Transfer No. 65817.

Secondly, all that piece of land situate in the City of Lower Hutt containing one rood two and ninety-nine hundredths perches (1 rood 2.99 perches), more or less, being part of Section 29 of the Hutt District, and being also Lot 10 on Deposited Plan No. 12368, and all the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 502, folio 233 (Wellington Registry), subject to the fencing covenants contained in Transfers Nos. 65817 and 278566.

Thirdly, all that piece of land situate in the City of Lower Hutt containing one rood four and sixty-seven hundredths perches (1 rood 4.67 perches), more or less, being part of Section 29 of the Hutt District, and being also Lot 8 on Deposited Plan No. 12368, and all the land contained in certificate of title, Vol, 489, folio 258 (Wellington Registry).
