Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land taken for Purposes incidental to Coal-mining Operations (Recreation-ground) in Block X, Mapara Survey District, Waitomo County

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section one hundred and seventy of the Coal-mines Act, 1925, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Louis Henrick Reinhardt, of Taumarunui, Farmer, under and by virtue of occupation license with right of purchase, recorded in Register-book, Volume 111, folio 16 (Taranaki Registry), is hereby taken for purposes incidental to coal-mining operations (recreation-ground); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate or interest is taken : 6 acres O roods 10 perches. Being part Section 11.
Situated in Block X, Mapara Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120374, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1944.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schiedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :- A. R. P. Being 0 0 8·2 Part Section 284, Town of Wellington ; coloured blue. 0 0 11·1 Part Section 284, Town of Wellington ; coloured sepia. Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 21213.)
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120492, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1944.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 15·23 perches. Being part Section 541, Town of Wellington (City of Wellington).
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. (S.O. 21198.)
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120496, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1944.
