Land taken for a Post-office in the City of Nelson

A PROCLAMATION
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 11·2 perches.
Being part Section 1044, City of Nelson.

In the Nelson Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120320, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of November, 1944.

Land taken for Waterworks in the Borough of Hamilton

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Hamilton as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 39·5 perches.
Being part Allotment 84, Pukete Parish.
Situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32318.)
In the Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120178, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of November, 1944.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of November, 1944.
