Land taken for a Quarry in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—
A. R. P. Being
0 3 8·95 Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 8231, being part Section 76, Hutt District; coloured blue.
33 3 36·23 Part Lot 1, D.P. 37, and Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 8232, being parts Sections 15, 76, and 77, Hutt District; coloured orange.
Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District (City of Lower Hutt). (S.O. 21169.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120314, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of November, 1944.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 16 perches. Being part Reserve 625, Town of Hokitika (Borough of Hokitika). Situated in Block I, Kaniere Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4367.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120267, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of November, 1944.

Stopping Portions of Government Road in Block II, Ongo Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
