BANKRUPTCY NOTICES

In Bankruptcy.--In the Supreme Court holden at New Plymouth
NOTICE is hereby given that statements of account and balance-
sheets in respect of the undermentioned estates, together
with the reports of the Audit Office thereon, have been filed in the
above Court; and I hereby further give notice that at the sittings
of the said Court, to be holden on Monday, the 13th November,
1944, at 10.30 a.m., or so soon thereafter as application may be
heard, I intend to apply for orders releasing me from the administra-
tion of the said estates :-
Clout, George Edward, New Plymouth, Settler.
Walker, Mary Catherine, Stratford, Married Woman.
Cruden, George, Stratford, Blacksmith.
And under Part IV of the Administration Act, the Estate of
Hunt, Maud Elizabeth, New Plymouth, Milliner.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 316, folio 307
(Auckland Registry), for part of Lot 23 on Deposited Plan
346, being portion of Allotment 4 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland,
in favour of CECIL RALPH HEYCOCK, of Auckland, Mining
Engineer, having been lodged with me together with an application
for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of
my intention to issue such new certificate of title after fourteen
days from 2nd November, 1944.

Farmer (now deceased), is the registered proprietor, and of the loss

part of Rural Section 2, situate in the Borough of Sumner, whereof
COLIN WILLIAM CUTHBERT THOMAS, of Sumner, Service-
station Proprietor, is the registered proprietor, together with
applications for new certificates of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give
notice of my intention to issue such new certificates of title at the
expiration of fourteen days from 2nd November, 1944.

porated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made
to appear to me that The Ngauruhoe Sports and Social Society
(Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid
society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incor-
porated Societies Act, 1908.

I, WILLIAM EDWARD BROWN, Assistant Registrar of
Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has
been made to appear to me that the Whangamomona Saleyards
Association (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations,
the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28
of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

KAIAPOI BOROUG COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf
by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Kaiapoi Borough
Council hereby resolves as follows :-
"That, for the purpose of providing the principal, interest, and
other charges on a loan of £20,000, authorized to be raised by the
Kaiapoi Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for hous-
ing purposes, pursuant to Part XXVII of the Municipal Corpora-
tions Act, 1933, the said Kaiapoi Borough Council hereby makes and
levies a special rate of four hundred and ninety-two one-thousandths
of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of
the capital value) of all rateable property of the Kaiapoi Borough,
comprising the whole of the Borough of Kaiapoi ; and that such rate
shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan
and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of June and on the 1st
day of December in each and every year during the currency of
such loan until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a
resolution passed by the Kaiapoi Borough Council on Tuesday, the
3rd day of October, 1944.

M.B., B.S. (Univ. Lond.), 1941, now residing in Lower Hutt,
hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 30th November,
1944, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the
Dominion of New Zealand ; and that I have deposited the evidence
of my qualification in the office of the Department of Health at
Wellington.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership business hitherto
carried on by us under the name of the Balclutha Gravel
Supply Company has been dissolved as from the 31st day of July,
1944, by mutual consent. Mr. James Wood will discharge the
firm's debts, and all debts owing to the firm will be received by him.
