All that parcel of land containing 1 acre 3 roods and 13 perches,
more or less, situated in the Borough of Whangarei, being all the
land on the plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland
as No. 28904, and being portion of Allotment 2 of the Parish
Whangarei, and being the whole of the land in C/T. 721/55 (Auckland
Registry).
Ross Park.—All that area of land containing 98 acres (approxi-
mately), situated partly in the Borough of Whangarei, being part
of the Parahaki No. 3 Block, and being the whole of the land in
C/T. 774/100, limited as to parcels (Auckland Registry).
Mackesy’s Park.—All that area of land containing 84 acres
and 7 perches, more or less, being part of the land on a plan deposited
in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 17205, and Lots 1
and 2 on a plan deposited as aforesaid as No. 18256 (Town of Awaroa),
and being portion of Allotment 2 of the Parish of Parahaki, and the
whole of the land in C/T. 801/63 (Auckland Registry).
Tree-planting Area.—All that area of land containing in the
aggregate 391 acres 3 roods and 32 perches, more or less, being
part of Allotment 84, Allotments 89, 90, and 91, and the western
portion of Allotment 93 of the Parish of Parahaki.

Trustees of Palmerston Cemetery appointed

PURSUANT to section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act, 1908,
I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the Palmerston
Borough Council to be the trustees of the Culverden Cemetery
as described in the Schedule hereto, and to have the control
and management of the said cemetery.
SCHEDULE
PALMERSTON CEMETERY
ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing 13 acres
3 roods and 24 poles, more or less, being Cemetery Reserve and
Section 33, Block XXXIII, Town of Palmerston. Bounded towards
the north by Section 32, 1940 links; towards the south-east by a
road-line, 980 links; towards the south by a road-line, 1457 links;
and towards the west by a road-line, 840 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
H. 191/2/19, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Health,
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 17th day of October, 1944.

Trustees of Wiroa Cemetery appointed

PURSUANT to section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I,
Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the Bay of Islands
County Council to be the trustees of the Wiroa Cemetery as
described in the Schedule hereto, and to have the control and
management of the said cemetery.
