Altering the Boundaries of the Otago Central Electric-power District
[L.S.] C. L. N. NEWALL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and section thirty-nine of the Local Legislation Act, 1939, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Otago Central Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

All that area in the Otago Land District comprising the Borough of Queenstown as constituted immediately before the 1st day of December, 1939.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of October, 1944.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for Road in Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 6 of the tenth day of the same month, at page 103, taking land for road.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of September, 1944.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four:
