NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of Morrison Bros., Limited, a company having its registered office at Geraldine.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 31st day of July, 1944, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £27,000 to £20,250, and the minute (approved by the Court) showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, were registered by the Assistant Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 10th day of August, 1944: And notice is also given that the said minute is in the words and figures following:—

“The capital of Morrison Bros., Limited, is henceforth £20,250, divided into 27,000 shares of 15s. each, instead of the original capital of £27,000, divided into 27,000 of £1 each. At the time of the registration of this minute the sum of 15s. has been and is deemed to be paid up on each of the said shares.”
