A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 2 roods 17·9 perches. Adjoining or passing through Sections 3s, 4s, and 7s, Waddington Settlement; coloured green.

All situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21128.)

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119808, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block XV, Kawakawa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the Kawakawa-Grahamtown Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 4 acres 1 rood 31·8 perches.

Being part Railway land in Proclamation 3176.

Situated in Block XV, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30737.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119316, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1944.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for boys hostel; and I do also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 15·8 perches. Being Lot 2, D.P. 16899, being part Allotment 56, Titirangi Parish.

Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33277.)
