Lands temporarily reserved in the Auckland, Westland, and Otago
Land Districts

WHEREAS by the three hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the
Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may
from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding
that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown
lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the
said section mentioned :
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise
of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act,
do hereby temporarily reserve the lands in the Auckland, Westland,
and Otago Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written
for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of
the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 132 (formerly part Section 17B), Block IX, Aroha Survey
District : Area, 17 acres and 31 perches, more or less. (Recreation.)
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
Reserve 1837, Town of Cobden, situated in the Borough of Grey-
mouth : Area, 4 acres 2 roods 32·6 perches, more or less.
Also Reserve 1838, Town of Cobden, situated in the Borough of
Greymouth : Area, 1 rood 21·1 perches, more or less. (Municipal.)
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
Section 1562R, Block I, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey
District : Area, 1 acre and 11 perches, more or less. (Plantation.)
