CROWN LANDS NOTICE
Land in the North Auckland Land District forfeited
Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, 18th July, 1944.
NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the North Auckland Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 175, folio 234 (Auckland Registry), for part of Lot 26 of Block 2 on Deposited Plan 410, being part of Allotment 24 of the Parish of Waitemata, in favour of HENRY FRANCIS CLARKSON, of Auckland, Cabinet-maker, having been lodged with me together with an application for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title after fourteen days from the 20th July, 1944.

EVIDENCE of the loss of Outstanding Deed of Mortgage No. 36276, from MARGARET MURPHY, of Invercargill, Widow, to ROBERT TIMPANY, late of Invercargill, Retired Sawmiller (now deceased), affecting Lot 26 and part Lots 25 and 27, Macmaster Estate, being part Section 1, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, and being all the land comprised in limited certificate of title, Vol. 126, folio 96 (Southland Registry), having been lodged with me together with an application to register a transmission to ROBERT JOHN TIMPANY, THOMAS MARR TIMPANY, and EDMOND FLEMING TIMPANY, as executors of the will of the said Robert Timpany, and a discharge of the said mortgage without production of the said mortgage, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transmission and discharge as requested upon the expiration of fourteen days from 20th July, 1944.

Notice of Final Meeting
NOTICE is hereby given that the final meeting of the Parakai Transport, Limited, in liquidation, will be held at the registered office of the company, No. 305 Colonial Mutual Buildings, Queen Street, in the City of Auckland, on the 7th day of August, 1944, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of the liquidator laying before the members, creditors, and/or any other person or persons who may be interested therein, the account of the winding-up of the company, showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and giving any explanation thereof.

Notice of Liquidation
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held on the 30th day of June, 1944, the following special resolution was duly passed :—
“Resolved that, as the company by reason of its liabilities cannot continue its business and it is advisable to wind up the same, the company go into voluntary liquidation forthwith, and that Mr. A. P. POSTLEWAITE, Public Accountant at Auckland, be appointed liquidator.”
I hereby fix the 15th day of August, 1944, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Companies Act, 1933, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
