Trustees of Blackball Cemetery appointed

Pursuant to section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act, 1908,
I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the Grey County
Council to be the trustees of the Blackball Cemetery as described in
the Schedule hereto, and to have the control and management of
the said cemetery.

SCHEDULE

BLACKBALL CEMETERY.—WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
RESERVE 1356, formerly Section 6, Block II, Mawheranui Survey
District, containing an area of 2 acres 2 roods and 24 perches, more
or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 3rd day of July, 1944.
