NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions have been made in respect of applications for licenses :-

Taking of Fish for Sale

For a license to permit him to operate his fishing-vessel “Alma” (not yet registered), using set-nets, long lines, and hand-lines, catches to be landed at Shelly Beach, also for a fish-retailer’s license so as to permit him to sell his catches at boatside

For a license to permit him to operate his 50 ft. vessel (to be built or purchased), using Danish seine nets and purse seine nets, catches to be landed at Auckland
