Revoking a Proclamation setting apart Land as Provisional
State Forest

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the twenty-eighth
day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and published in the Gazette of the fourth day of
November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, at
page 1271 (hereinafter referred to as "the said proclamation"), the land described in the Schedule hereto was erroneously described as Crown land and set apart as a provisional State forest:
And whereas it is desirable that such error be rectified by revoking the said proclamation:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pur-suance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and its amendments, and of any other powers enabling me in that behalf, do hereby revoke the said proclamation.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, containing by admeasurement 877 acres, more or less, being Sections 18, 19, and 20, Block XVI, Kaeo Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 5/34, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of May, 1944.

Proclaiming Road-lines laid out through Ngatitara Nos. 6 and 7 Blocks, Block XV, Opunake Survey District, Taranaki Land District, to be Public Roads

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, duly laid out as a road-line in pursuance of section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the land described in the Second Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, duly laid out as a road-line in pursuance of section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-lines as public roads has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as public roads the road-lines described in the First and Second Schedules hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 3 roods ll perches.
Being portion of Ngatitara No. 7 Block.
Situated in Block XV, Opunake Survey District; coloured red. (S.O. plan 8006.)
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 3 roods ll perches.
Being portion of Ngatitara No. 6 Block.
Situated in Block XV, Opunake Survey District; coloured red.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2826, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2923, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of May, 1944.

Road traversing Native Land proclaimed as a Public Road in Block X, Ahikereru Survey District, Auckland Land District

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the road described in the Schedule hereto traverses Native land: And whereas the Native Land Court, by an order made on the thirteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and issued pursuant to section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, ordered and declared the said road to be a public road:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road described in the Schedule hereto.

And whereas the Native Land Court, by an order made on the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and issued pursuant to section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, ordered and declared the said road to be a public road:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road:
