£170 each, and the minute approved by the said Court showing
with respect to the share capital of the company as altered by the
said Order the several particulars required by the Companies Act,
1933, were registered by the Registrar of Companies at Wellington
on the 9th day of May, 1944: And further take notice that the said
minute is in the words and figures following :—

“The capital of the Hataitai Land Company, Limited, hence-
forth is £6,800, divided into forty shares of £170 each, instead of
the original capital of £20,000, divided into forty shares of £500
each. At the time of registration of this minute the sum of £170
is to be deemed paid up on each of the said shares.”
