PURSUANT to section sixty-five of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, and to an Order in Council made thereunder on the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, His Excellency the Governor-General doth hereby appoint
Kairua Pake
to be a member of the Island Council of Rakahanga during his pleasure as from the date hereof, in lieu of Atama (deceased).
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 29th day of April, 1944.
