IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section twenty-five of the Naval Defence Act, 1913, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, with the advice of the Executive Council, doth hereby amend and supplement the regulations referred to in the Schedule hereto as shown therein.

(e) Officers of or below the rank or relative rank of Lieutenant-Commander who, while not appointed for full flying duties, are serving in an appointment in which they are required to exercise their specialist knowledge of Fleet Air Arm work 0 2 6
(f) Officers (other than technical officers appointed for aeronautical engineering duties) when serving in appointments not involving full flying duties, for each day of ascent in aircraft without limit to the number of days—
