NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting
between us, the undersigned MICHAEL JOSEPH KEATING, of
Greymouth, Builder, and IAN PHILIP McMILLAN, of Cobden, Builder,
carrying on business as Builders and Contractors at Greymouth
under the style or firm name of “Keating and McMillan,” was, on
the 12th day of June, 1943, dissolved by mutual consent.

WAIA PU COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiapu County Council, acting
under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, proposes to
execute a certain public work—namely, to take land for road and to
construct a road—and for the purpose of such work the land de-
scribed in the Schedule is required to be taken. Notice is hereby
further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is
deposited in the office of the Waiapu County Council at Te Puia
and at the office of Mr. I. S. C. Dalgairns, Ruatoria, and is open for
inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or
by the taking of the said land who have any well-grounded objection
to the execution of such public work must state their objections in
writing and send or deliver same to the Clerk of the Waiapu County
Council at Te Puia within forty days from the first publication of this
notice.

sisting between EVERARD LEONARD BRYENTON and FRANK
ISHMAEL BRYENTON, carrying on business at 140 Riddiford Street,
Newtown, Wellington, as Butchers, under the style or firm of
“Bryenton Bros.,” has been dissolved from the 17th day of April,
1944. Frank Ishmael Bryenton is carrying on the business under
the same firm name, to whom all debts due to the partnership must
be paid and to whom all claims against the partnership must
likewise be rendered.

NOTICE OF ADDITION TO CHRISTIAN NAME
I, ORMOND LEO WHITEMAN, heretofore named LEO
WHITEMAN, but heretofore called and known as ORMOND
(or ORM) LEO WHITEMAN, of Heretaunga, near the City of Wellington,
in the Dominion of New Zealand, Farmer, hereby give public notice
that on the 28th day of April, 1944, I then formally assumed and
adopted the first or Christian name of ORMOND as my first and
principal first or Christian name in addition to the first or Christian
name of LEO, and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatso-
ever to use and subscribe the first or Christian names of ORMOND
LEO in lieu of the said first or Christian name of LEO alone; and I
give further notice that by a deed-poll dated the 28th day of April,
1944, duly executed and attested and enrolled at the said City of
Wellington in the Registry of the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
I formally declared that I had assumed and adopted the said first
or Christian name of ORMOND as my first and principal first or
Christian name, and intended thenceforth upon all occasions what-
soever to use and subscribe the first or Christian names of ORMOND
LEO instead of the first or Christian name of LEO, and so as to be
at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the names
of ORMOND LEO WHITEMAN exclusively.
