NOTICE is hereby given that the Deputy Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act, 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 14th day of April, 1944, cancelled the registry of Loyal Karangahake Lodge, No. 7424, of the Auckland District of the Manchester Unity Independent Order of Oddfellows (New Zealand) Friendly Society (Register No. 312(5)/19), held at Karangahake, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 31st day of May, 1944, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to either Maurice Vincent Bates, Public Accountant, P.O. Box 1238, Auckland, or Leo Cyril Ryan, P.O. Box 5, Rotorua, the liquidators of the said company, and, if so required, by notice in writing from the said liquidators, or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
