Varying the Determinations in respect of the Wellington Hospital Board’s Loan of £25,000 by extending the Term within which the said Loan may be borrowed

Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and subject to the determinations as to borrowing and repayment therein set out, consent was given to the raising by the Wellington Hospital Board (hereinafter called “the said local authority”) of a loan of twenty-five thousand pounds (£25,000), to be known as “Lower Hutt Emergency Block (Soldiers’) Loan, 1941”:
And whereas the said loan has not yet been raised, and it is expedient to extend the term, as specified in clause six of the said Order in Council, within which the said loan or any portion thereof may be raised:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan by prescribing that no moneys shall be borrowed under the consent given by the said Order in Council after the expiration of three (3) years from the date thereof.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Emano Street and the North-eastern Side of Portion of Unnamed Public Street, in the City of Nelson, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the twenty-third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, the portions of streets affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:—
“ That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Nelson, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of the portion of Emano Street adjoining part Section 830, City of Nelson, and the north-eastern side of the portion of the unnamed public street adjoining the said part Section 830 and Section E 18, Wakatu, City of Nelson, as shown on the plan annexed to this resolution in the Council's minute-book ”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Emano Street or the north-eastern side of portion of unnamed public street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE
The south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Emano Street, fronting part Section 830, City of Nelson.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of unnamed public street in the said land district and city, fronting part Section 18, Block E, District of Wakatu, and part Section 830, City of Nelson.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118025, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Babington Street, in the Borough of Timaru, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928; subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

“ That the Timaru Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Timaru, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that street known as Babington Street, between Craigie Avenue and Buchanan Street ”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting Babington Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
All that street in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Timaru, known as Babington Street, extending between Buchanan Street and Craigie Avenue. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117928, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

N.Z. Dental Corps Captain J. A. R. Scott, and is seconded to the Royal N.Z. Air Force. Dated 12th October, 1942.
Captain J. Hawksworth, and is seconded to the Royal N.Z. Air Force. Dated 11th February, 1943.
