Revoking Part of a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks V and VI, Paekakariki Survey District—viz., Portion of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 42 of the seventeenth day of the same month at page 1459, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2568, defining the middle-line of a road in Blocks V and VI, Paekakariki Survey District—viz., portion of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road—in so far as it affects Pukerua 3A No. 1 Block, and Pukerua 3A No. 2 Block, comprised and described in Certificates of Title, Volume 313, folio 229, and Volume 316, folio 96 (Wellington Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of November, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1 acre 2 roods 16·2 perches.

Being part Lot 2, D.P. 4059, and part Lots 155, 156, and 161 and 163, D.P. 1387, being part Horotaunga Block (Borough of Hastings) (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2096, red.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117853, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
