and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf,
doth hereby again vary the determinations aforesaid in respect
of the said loan by prescribing as follows :—
(1) In lieu of a rate of interest not exceeding three pounds
ten shillings (£3 10s.) per centum per annum, as specified in clause
two of the said Order in Council, the rate of interest that may be
paid in respect of the said loan shall be such as shall not produce
to the lender or lenders a rate exceeding three pounds seven shillings
and sixpence (£3 7s. 6d.) per centum per annum.
(2) In lieu of repayment by equal annual or half-yearly instal-
ments of principal, as specified in the Order in Council made on
the ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three,
the said loan shall be repaid by half-yearly instalments in the
half-years set out in the first column of the Schedule hereunder
of the amounts set opposite each half-year in the second column
of the said Schedule. Each such half-yearly instalment includes
a repayment of principal amounting to two hundred pounds (£200)
and a half-year’s interest calculated at the rate of three pounds
seven shillings and sixpence (£3 7s. 6d.) per centum per annum, as
specified in clause one above, on the amount of principal outstanding
immediately prior to the date of payment of such instalment.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
IN pursuance of the provisions of section fifty-five of the Native
Purposes Act, 1931, and of the regulations made thereunder in
respect of the Tuwharetoa Trust Board, and any other powers him
enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
appoint the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto
to be members of the said Tuwharetoa Trust Board constituted
under the said section fifty-five.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public
work for which it was taken.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold : 19·5
perches.
Being part Railway land in Proclamation 3715, situated in
Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County.

1927, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the

officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite
their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to
take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-
